normcore is San Francisco's best-dressed indie rock band and inspired by the music of Waxahatchee, Van Morrison, and Twin Peaks. normcore is a movement for egalitarianism and anti-consumerism. The songs are meditations on love, hangovers, delusion, and dogs.

normcore has recently played Brick & Mortar, the 4 Star Theater, Make Out Room, San Rafael Porch Fest, SF Porch Fest, and Pitt's Pub. normcore had a monthly residency at Asiento in Mission from 2022-2023. Additionally, we've played Far Out Fest, the Golden Gate Park Bandshell, Hotel Utah, JFK Beer Garden, Milk Bar/O'Reilly's, Neck of the Woods, Bazaar Cafe, Rudy's, Windchaser Winery, Outer Sunset Farmers Market, Mill Valley Lumber Yard, the Lombard Street Block Party, and more.
We're professional and respectful, play good music, and bring a crowd. The majority of our fans are in their 30s and our band alone usually draws 30+ to our shows.
